As the Product Design Director, I have led the prototyping and testing of synthetic presenters to incorporate live translations for major sporting broadcaster.
This product has the potential to allow presenters to talk in hundreds of languages seamlessly, while preserving the emotion and intonation of the original dialogue.

I led a comprehensive design system overhaul of the world's most popular fast-food application, which had become corrupted and could not support the business's new needs.
Working with stakeholders across 68 markets, we designed a unified system to cater for 25 million monthly active users while integrating mobile pay and a loyalty program.

A Nordic coffee chain faced increasing costs, and flattening sales, and a competitive analysis revealed they were lagging peers in their digital products.
To reduce cost to serve, and increase frequency of order and ticket size I led a pilot subscription model for coffee, now rolling out to other drinks.
