FA-Q … Why do girls not play?

Girls stop playing football around age 12, and the FA didn’t understand why, or how to keep girls on the field. We conducted research to uncover the challenges and causes of girls leaving football, and helped the FA to design a set of strategies to increase participation of girls and women in football - expanding the relevance of the organisation, and meeting their goal to positively impact every community across the UK. As a dad of two girls, I’m especially proud of this work.
