In the midst of a digital transformation, Bank of Ireland never lost sight of what really matters: building and maintaining strong and relevant relationships with their customers. However, they needed a bit of help to identify ways to keep the relationships fresh and growing - an innovation funnel of new products and services to help deepen customer relationships. We designed and orchestrated a series of monthly workshops to help the bank explore adjacent services and product opportunities – still banking related, however challenging what you might expect from a traditional bank and kick start their innovation capability.
